1. Acceptance of Terms

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot, credit card image with middle digits obscured)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure. We may also verify your information through third-party data sources and identity verification services.

3. Account Terms and Player Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

• Engage in collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent gaming activity
• Use automated betting systems, bots, robots, or other software that manipulates gameplay

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our platform or games
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Engage in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering schemes
• Use the platform to launder money or conduct any illegal financial transactions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or our customer service representatives
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful computer code

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, confiscation of funds and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

bit365 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the payment method selected. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited to prevent money laundering and fraud.

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes depending on the payment method. bit365 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors, banks, or cryptocurrency networks.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required KYC documents approved
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply depending on payment method and account status

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during business hours, bank transfers within 1-3 business days, and cryptocurrency withdrawals within 24 hours. bit365 strives to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, but processing times may be extended due to verification requirements, high volume, or banking holidays.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

bit365 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law and international standards. As part of our AML procedures, we may require you to wager your deposit at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns, unusually large deposits or withdrawals, or other activity that may indicate money laundering or fraud. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawal privileges temporarily restricted until the investigation is complete.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Promotional Terms

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount or the combined bonus and deposit amount before the funds become withdrawable. For example, a 100 PHP bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place 3,000 PHP in qualifying wagers before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot machines contribute 100% of each wager, while table games, video poker, and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on bit365 is governed by our comprehensive Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Key provisions include settlement rules for different sports and bet types, handling of postponed or cancelled events, dead heat rules, and dispute resolution procedures. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail for sports wagering matters.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on bit365's website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software code, game designs, and compilation of such materials, is the exclusive property of bit365 or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use bit365's services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform except as specifically permitted in these Terms or with our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While bit365 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times or that access will be error-free. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or loss of goodwill, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of bit365's services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

8.3 Third-Party Services

bit365 may provide links to third-party websites, integrate third-party payment processors, or feature games developed by third-party providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, and you access such services at your own risk. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by bit365

bit365 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our platform, other players, or our business operations. During a suspension period, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals, though you may contact customer support to resolve the issue.

9.2 Termination by bit365

We may terminate your account and these Terms immediately without prior notice if you materially breach any provision of these Terms, engage in illegal activity, provide false information, create multiple accounts, abuse bonuses, or otherwise act in a manner detrimental to bit365's legitimate business interests. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of our services.

If your account is terminated for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, void pending bets, cancel outstanding bonuses, and withhold any winnings. If your account is terminated without cause or at your request (subject to our termination procedures), we will return your account balance minus any applicable fees or charges, provided all verification requirements have been met and no violations have occurred.

9.3 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

We offer various self-exclusion options ranging from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent account closure. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through our internal complaint resolution process. Most disputes can be resolved amicably through direct communication.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint through our internal process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's regulatory complaint mechanism. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, we are subject to their oversight and dispute resolution procedures for matters falling within their regulatory jurisdiction.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bit365.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules for games or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and bit365 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

11.5 Force Majeure
